How do I track my order?
Visit our tracking page to check your order status or to track your order. We also send you an email once your order has been placed that will provide you with your tracking number and order information.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment.
How long will delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is dependent on the type of shipping that you choose as well as if they are in stock or need to made. It could range from 3-7 business days. Please be patient. We know you can’t wait to show off your new purchase but please do be nice to us as our Customer Service team is soft and don’t like to be yelled at.
What do I do if my order is wrong?
